Photo Gallery | Four arrested for drugs and stolen property in Loachapoka

 

LOACHAPOKA, AL - On November 4, 2011, the Lee County Sheriff's Office and the Auburn Police Department executed a drug and stolen property search warrant at Love Way Apartments located at the address of 5649 Alabama Highway 14 Loachapoka, Lee County, Alabama.  

The execution of this search warrant has led to the arrests of the following four individuals: Corey Nelson Brock (39), David Lee Love (53), Arthur Lewis Bailey II (25), and Mario Prince (36), on various drug related charges. 

Brock, Love and Bailey, the home owners, were each charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the First Degree. 

Prince, of Opelika, a guest in the home, was charged with one count of Marijuana in the Second Degree.  Law enforcement recovered a quantity of marijauna, crack cocaine, shotgun, and electronics (four flatscreen televisions, four cell phones, four lap tops computers, two playstation games, one think pad,  two I-pods, 2 video surveillance cameras and approximately $328.00 in United States Currency) from inside this home. 

Both Brock and Bailey are curently being held in the Lee County Detention Facility on a Six Thousand Dollar ($6,000.00) each.  Prince has been released after posting a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) bond and Love has been released after posting a Six Thousand Dollar ($6,000.00) bond. 

This action is part of an on-going investigation by the Lee County Sheriff's Office into a series of burglaries and thefts that have occurred during the last six weeks in the Loachapoka-west Lee County area.
